I agree with Jim on the likelyhood (or unlikelyhood) that big oil can keep secrets.
However, folks have built water injection systems, ignition systems and engine designs that get 75 to 100 MPG and have good power, yet all I've heard about them going into production is that a oil co bought up the rights/plans and destroyed them. I know xfiles crap.

I'd like to see some real lab type testing, you know not well I tried it so it must be good crap, we heard that about revolver shackles too.
