If you can get to the inside of a rusted area and sand blast it a fiber glass patch will work. I did this on a Bronco roof that had major cancer, pin holes and thin along a long thin section. It worked perfectly, but you have to have good very good prep.

Other than that its cut and weld.

A patch pannel from a rust free donner would be a nice way to fix it.
