Wish I was a more active member of the Isuzu forum last year around this time. I was in Thailand for 2 weeks and could of easily shipped stuff through FPO-AP mail to anyone in the states for cheap. Not sure if anyone knew this or not, but you can haggle the price of everything there.
2000 Chevy Tahoe nothing special. 1990 Isuzu Amigo, 3" lift, 31x10.5x15 BFG All Terrain (Street), 33x12.5x15 (offroad), Pacesetter header, some ATM rash. More mods to come......

I like the idea of 5" of suspension lift but I can't see dropping all that coin for 5"...especially since the cost is not that far off from the SAS.
Nice work on the kit though.Would like to see it fabbed up over here so the price would be more likeable.

Cost is high, but it's nice to have options. Although I'm very happy with the performance of my SAS, I really miss the ride of my IFS. This kit seems to allow you to get lift without cranking up the Torsion bars thus giving you a closer to stock feel Some folks don't have the skills/place/tools to fab up an SAS setup, but most anyone could bolt this lift on in their own garage or driveway.

The whole prob with it though is if you are going for the whole mall crawler thing....sure but I can't see this being a viable off road alternative.Only have one thing to say.,...did you see the angle on the CV's.
I would pay someone to do a SAS for me before I tried to wheel that set up.That is unless someone comes up with that lift and a good drop diff at the same time....then I may change my mind
Just an opinion.

yeah I know what you mean. The tie rods are pretty steep too. I thought I'd post a link over there, I have nothing to do with it or anything. I'm not gonna have Ifs long enough to even think about it anyway.

Sure I'll bite, I'm bored. Get a set of diff drop brackets and tie rod shields from Joe D. and Voila... Good to go. I see 'Yotas run a similar IFS lift setup all the time offroad and they do great so the mall crawler life isn't the only option.

It looks like the diff is dropped. Most of the pics where you can see the front suspension, the cvs look almost level. But that one close up is Maybe it is at full droop in that pic? And the tie rod angles don't look too bad to me, they are better than mine right now. Some of the things about that lift though...just look kinda booty fabbed. Someone else test it out and let us know if it holds up

I was going to say the same thing, those cv angles look great. I'd love my cv's to be that flat.

I'm not worried about the angles of the lift. But I do have concerns about the strength and design quality of this bolt together option if really pounded on offroad. -Rob
