There isn't a whole lot you are going to accomplish with what you have to work with. Basically you are going to have to somehow reduce cross-sectional area, but you can only accomplish that by extending the nose forward, but at that point you are losing any off-road capability. Potentially you could fashion an air dam which would smooth the flow under the front bumper area and around the front suspension and wheels, but again, it will be counter-productive in terms of off-road capability.
