Since the 1995 uses OBD-I protocols the code readouts are not standardized. The most effective way to properly troubleshoot CEL's with these protocols is with a Kia Pro Scan Tool. The only folks who have this scan tool are Kia Dealers so you are stuck. OBD-II, which started in 1996, is much easier the troubleshoot because the codes are industry standard.

So where does that leave you? Unless you go to a dealer you are kinda stuck. However, you can subscribe to http://www.kiatechinfo.com and look up the code readouts for the 1995 engine. But Kia now charges for this service.
