I am sorry, but with all the time you have spent trying to prevent pulling the intake,The intake could have been pulled, cleaned and ready to go by now.

Getting the Wheeling Fever
o.k. I give up <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> How long will it take me to remove the upper plenum and reinstall and is there anything else that I will need for re-install other than the the 2 plenum gaskets and the T.B. gasket?

The Egr valve gasket.

Also check your pipe that goes from the plenum to the exhaust manifold. They tend to crack in the area that looks like it is a flexi straw between the folds. Oh by the way the pipe is not cheap.
