I assume you mean "hydraulic lock".... nope - won't happen if you don't get too aggressive. Maybe I should have expressed it in more detail though.

Actually the best way is to disconnect the fuel line and pour oil at a rate that allows the the engine to continue to run but shows heavy smoke. As the engine begins to run out of fuel, pour at a slightly faster rate and stop pouring when the engine dies. Now you don't have to worry about stale fuel gumming up the carburetor over the winter.
