Yeah, I think the swap is the better choice. I'm going to rebuild the donor vehicle's motor anyhow. Actually, my mechanic buddy will!

One last (hopefully) thing on this topic...
THe 4.0 has an AW4 tranny. Looks like Novak has a $170 kit to adapt it to my Dana 300. What's going to happen when I try to mount the tranny after that. I currently have a T5 on the 258 and think that they're different sizes so I'll have to do somehing (weld in mounts, crossmember)? THanks
