Need a Spot

My 15 year old son and I are working on getting hs 4Runner ready for him to drive it this summer. The problem is neither power windows work. Is there an easy way to determine if its a bad switch or bad motor? The fuses look ok but I guess I could of over looked a fuse. Does any one know which fuse controls the power windows?
