This isn't a concern at all in my opinion. I have had the same spare tire on my truck filled up with co2 for almost four years now. I recently had it dismounted to use the rim on another tire. There is no damage at all in that tire from being full of co2 for that long.

The sun, bad alignments, and under-inflation will get your tires long before the co2 does.
