Long story short if you are looking at the 4runner from the rear the left bolt has come out, the side that connects to the axle.

My brotehr drove it like that for 1000+ miles to ney work and back and when I took the car back I started hearing the CLUNK CLUNK every time I want over a bump.

obviously I immediately pulled over and checked it out, and realized the torsion bar bolt had come out. Is there anything that could have happened? and how/wehere do I find the correct replacement?
