Getting the Wheeling Fever

Hi all. I still haven't gotten my 91' running yet. I wondered if anyone had opinions on whether it's worth sending off the original ECU for repair, or if it's better to replace new. Since I've followed the troubleshooting guide and replaced lesser expensive items, I've finally worked my way up to the big enchilada. Any advice or recommended places to buy?
