I just bought a 89 4Runner. I want to get tube steel bumpers and side-steps, but everywhere I go people tell me its to old and they don't have anything for it.

Any suggestions where I can go, on-line or in the Seattle area, that is reliable?

You'd probably get more responses in the Early Toyota Forum instead of here.

You might want to check out:
Project 4Crawler

You also might want to do a search in the Early Toyota section.

I know, a lot of wasted time and money ... if I knew then what I know now....

You can also check Marlin crawler or All Pro for tube bumpers. Front Range also has some bumpers that would work.

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did.

I got curious myself so I searched sliders and here are a couple of threads:
Bandit's (but you have to use bling lights if you copy his) & Earlier Bandit thread

I bought it from All Pro last year. I want $100 for it. I'll even help put it on if you come out to the house

How does it mount to the truck? I'd be interested in the bumper, but you'd have to ship it. I have an 88 4runner. If it will work I'd gladly give you $100 plus shipping. If you don't want to ship it. Tell me where I can get one. Thanks alot bro. I live in Louisiana.

Body Damage is Cool
I live is Seattle and could use a rear bumper if you don't ship. Bought a scratch and dent front ARB bumper and love it. The factory chrome bumpers are tin cans.
