Hi all. I'm gearing up to do the 120k mi service on my rodeo. It's my first time digging into the engine, and all I have to go on is my Helm's manual. I was wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks that might help me, or maybe some suggestions on preventive things to do while I'm working under there.

I'll do all the things the factory manual recommends, as well as:
I'm going to drain and refill all the fluids (thinking about putting synth in diffs, 5speed and xfer case).
Replace the water pump with the timing belt and tensioner.
Trace a coolant leak I've had for some time. I suspect it's from either the water pump, or the coolant crossover tubes or main distribution pipe. From the other posts I've read, it looks like a nasty thing to fix <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" />

Run some BG44-K through the fuel system.

Ive heard of some people replacing the knock sensor, PCV valve, EGR valve. Necessary?

I'm not sure if there are any gaskets, etc. That I need to order either. Any help would be much appreciated.
