I've had them for a little over a year now. My junk isn't a daily driver, so I never got an alignment done after installing them. Still, I haven't seen any noticeable signs of the tires wearing funny.

I've wheeled my truck at least once a month since I installed them. I had a braced idler arm that broke on me, but that wasn't a result of the spacers. The ball joint where the idler arm attaches to the tie rod was shot and it separated.

I think the spacers are a much better idea than cranking the torsion bars.
