OME shock/coil kit installation #61326 04/28/03 04:07 PM

I just ordered an OME coil/shock kit and should be getting it sometime this week. I believe that they are the 881 springs (not the HD).

My question is once installed what other things need to be checked to ensure proper operation once this mild lift is installed?

Also, what are some of your personal experiences with this suspension kit? How much lift did it yeild? How much larger of a tire could be installed? Any time and trouble saving tips for the install?

Thanks!

If you own a 3rd Generation runner, you ought to read this...

If you type in 881 into the search, you ought to find some good info, probably from within the last week.

If so, I found that installing the OME packers (spacers) was a necessity because the front would not otherwise be lifted enough. (As it is, my front is still lower, but equals out when I tow our tent trailer.
