Getting the Wheeling Fever

So a couple days ago I was looking at my rear bumper, and I noticed that my left side of the bumper was a little higher than the right. How would I be able to fix this problem? I also noticed I had a really minor dent on the bumper, and I was wondering if that was easy to push out. Thanks for your help guys
