2ToyGuy added some awsome tips. Always wanted to do it "right". I just pulled out the entire EFI harness and stripped it to wire looking for that same problem. My butts were still connected so i soldered over them. What a mess. Needless to say it is going to come back out and get done correctly. Cheers on the self sealing tape suggestion. Electrical tape just seems to melt away in the heat, but I still use it. I color coded each connections trail from the harness with 5 color elect tape.
