D DougH Mitsubishi Forum Moderator Charlie, the front brakes do the most of the work. Combine that with the fact that you had less breaking force with the rear caliper defeated, and you have 33's which put a lot more force on the braking system, and I wouldnt be suprised that your rotors are that hot.
