Getting the Wheeling Fever
|
The rims on my 95 4runner are bad. The mechanics cant balance them well because the previous owner hit lots of curbs and messed them up. I like OE rims more then heavy steel aftermarket ones and was thinking about just going to a junkyark and picking up a new set. Will I have to get rims off a 90-95 4runner or could a venture into some of the newer 4runners and tacomas ... What will fit???

They should fit I have rims from a 2000 tacoma on my 86' 4 runner so I'm pretty sure they would fit on yours too. But you might wait for a couple of other people to give they're input on it, I also know that some Chevy 3/4 ton truck wheels will fit toyota's.

Up through 2002 will work. The 2003+ have a touch too much backspacing IMO. You can also look at Tundra/Sequoia wheels. Tires for 16's and 17's are more expensive than comparable 15" sizes.
