Figure out what works best for your tires on your wheels on your truck. Close to half a dozen techniques on the web page above to determine a good pressure to use, 30 is decent. If you get even tread contact and wear, then that works. If I run 30 psi on mine (on 15x6 wheels) I get faster tread wear in the center, I need to drop to about 22 -24 psi to get even tread contact. So I run down there most of the time then run them in the 30-40 psi range for long highway trips to get better fuel mileage and handling.
