If the tach input signals are the same between a 4 and 6-cyl tack, you might be able to make it work. I used a 10K adjustable pot on a 4-cyl tach to work with the 4.3 per Jay K's instructions. But if you need a 10K for the 3.0 tach, will that be enough for the 4-cyl tack, or will you need more? Ugh. Soo many questions...
