eric, as you can see, both are round and the toy is a good bit smaller. all you need to do is make what amounts to a glorified "washer" that has an OD of the Isuzu pilot and an ID of the toy pilot. This is what I refer to as the pilot spacer. Jesse at highangle made mine for me, and you just set it in place when you put up the Toy shaft.

Once you solve the pilot spacing, all thats left is to redrill the toy pattern. You can see, it just barely fits onto the Isuzu flange. if we were running more HP and bigger rigs, i'd probably want a little more metal around those holes, but it seems to work. There is a newer toy CV that has a more square pattern (as opposed to the rectangle, like mine above) which would get you more metal around the holes, however, this CV isn't cheap. which is why i decided to make the older/more common one I had work.
