http://www.openoffice.org and download that office package. It's free and compatible with MicroHard's package.

Use the spreadsheet program in OpenOffice and when you get it like you want it, you can export directly to a PDF file from the toolbar which will be readily readable for anyone with Adobe Acrobat.
