It wont hurt to replace those fluids and filters, may even want to check into the tranny filter and fluid. Brake fluid should be flushed once a year to prevent water contamination and to prevent the lines from rusting from the inside out. The power steering fluid can be replaced, but check the manual to see what it requires, some of the newer cars require straight tranny fluid, usually Dexron II for ford and GM and ATF +2 for chrysler.
