I drain my power steering resv. and refill it once a year (probably only get about 25% of it out).

I change the fuel filter every 30k

Flush the tranny every 30k.

and flushed the brakes and repacked the bearings at 50k. I think I'll get at least 80-90k out of the Orginal brake pads (I plan to replace them with OEM pads, because if I can get 80k out of the second set that would be very nice).
