Do like 4Crawler said, test the fuel pump with the jumper wire. You should hear the fuel going through the rail with the key in the on position. If you got fuel to the rail, next check to see if you are getting spark to the plugs. If no...trace back until you find power in the ignition circuit. IF you have fuel to the rail and spark to the plugs..pull the plugs and make sure they are wet with gas. If they are dry then your injectors arent opening and you get to dig into the wiring harness. See if it will fire on starting fluid...if it fires off then dies its the injector circuit.
