I top out at around 95 but I can easyly maintain 70 in 5th but I don't since it exceeds the speed limit over here and I'm a bit over 3000 rpm wich eats a litle more fuel.

The SWB 38" can do more because of gearing. Last time we took a trip together he was doing the same speeds as we that were between 55 and 70.

On an open road stock gears and bigger tires lower rpm and most of the time save fuel. And since people here generaly don't go bigger than 35" it's not an issue anyway.
