keep inmind that the 4cly is a GM 2.2L not an Isuzu engine.

I can't think of anyone on this board with a 2.2L.

You problem is most likely a leaky, cracked header.

I think the main thing to lookout for is changing the timing belt (there was a recall on this). If it breaks the engine will trash itself.
