I decided to do a bit more research on the internet. Funny all of the aftermarket fans have this same PN M190918 Including the one I bought. I looked at about 8 sites that had the part. This tells me that all of these guys are buying from the same whole saler. I put out a nation wide junk part search through the net to try and get a 1996-2000 model factory fan. Mine is trashed I am not going to rebuild it.
