I bent 2 tierods and about 3 idle arms when I was running ball joint spacers on my 93 4 runner.
It all depends how the terrain is and how slow you go over it. Add alot of addtional weight to your truck rock sliders, bumpers, TRE's bend easily.
I don't have that problem anymore though I have a SAS truck <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
