I only average about 3000 miles per year on my rockcrawler with the SSR's mounted on it. This 2nd set of SSR's appears to be holding up much better than the earlier set; I think this is the 4th season with these 37x12.50's. The earlier set, 35x12.50's, appeared to developed cracks in the sidewalls just sitting in the driveway!

But, I did say that I've had experienced great mileage with the BFG AT's (KO series), definitely, more than 40,000 miles over the highway mounted on my Sahara before installing them on my Cherokee. For me, the SSR's have been a good all-around off-road tire and I've never had any expectations that the SSR's would hold up to a lot of highway miles. I knew that the compound was soft before I ever purchased the SSR's. My next set of tires will be even softer, I looking now at the grippy IROC's! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />
