I have not heard anyone mention this so I thought I'de bring it up. I talked to Randy Miller at Thorley Headers and he said they had the 133y headers available again, so I ordered me a set for my Raider. In case your interested, the number is 951 739-5900 ext. 217

Not that I'd be interested but I'm sure others will want to know how much were they?

Not that I'd be interested but I'm sure others will want to know how much were they? Indeed, <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" /> my exhaust manifold has crack and the bssssttt, bsssttt is turning anoying <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> Also will they fit with no clearance problems or do they need a bit or hammer caress to fit in? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" /> I have seen people banging the hell <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/evil.gif" alt="" /> out of their header tubes to make them fit or "add clearance" from the lower portion of the fire wall and I am not into that, if they don't fit then the <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/mrt.gif" alt="" /> dude taking the measurements and doing the research fell <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/sleeping.gif" alt="" />asleep during the process. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

They fit with a ten second hammering of the heat shield on the lower firewall. Not that they help anything. The stock manifold is designed pretty well, but I will say that the Thorley is a beautiful piece, and well made. And before you ask, the thing attached with a hose clamp to one of the tubes is for the heat stove for cold start air intake. And I no longer use Fram oil filters - these pics are a few years old. These headers will block the path of the PTO shaft if anyone has it. I've used these headers before. Good stuff but had to sell them away as I added the PTO couple of years back.

As far as "how much" I got a $238.00 quote plus S/H. I'll fill you guys in as to fit and any difference in performance once I get them and get the Raider going again. I had some tranny problems and leaky rear seal so I pulled out the engine and got another tranny

Hmmmmm. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> I am not a fan of banging the heatshield either: But I guess that theres got to be a way around it <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />. Hey how about the sound? are you still using the OEM muffler or an aftermarket?
