I had bad luck with a rebuilt 2.6. They did not replace the valves with bent stems and I broke 2 of them in 20 miles. A remanufactured would be better. I did not see the replacement of the valves in your list???

The heads are brought back to factory specs per their sales man. So they check the valves for wear and check for trueness with a straight edge, they also do a valve grind, new guides, new seals.
