Can someone confirm?

I think I figured it out. The additional spacers need to be added at the flange joint, but the added space needs to be such that the steering column and linkage is under tension and rigid.

The trick is to figure out the right length of spacer that meets the tension requirement and makes the flange joint rigid.

Anyhow, any comments from others that have completed a 2nd generation Rodeo lift will be greatly appreciated.
