Per the FSM, the half moon seals for the valve cover get a thin coat of RTV; you should be able to reach back there and see if you come away with oil on your hand if it's that. Not hard to knock them out of place when putting the valve cover back on. Clean the mating surfaces up real good and stick 'er back on there. Give it a chance to set back up before putting the valve cover back on.
