I use a york compressor in My CJ. It was fairly easy. I used the Stock mounting bracket that I found on an old AMC car with a 258 and got a rebuilt york out of a Volvo. All of this I found at the junkyard for under 80 bucks. I had a tank already and the the rest was just air chucks and hose. It all cost me about 300 bucks. It works very well. Do a search in google and it will pop up a bunch of write ups.
