Getting the Wheeling Fever
My 91 4Runner V6 4x4 air con has gremlins. Occasionally, the compressor clutch disengages, and I hear a buzzing sound from behind the glove box. I know there's a fuse in that location for the compressor, but its not blowing. If I wait for a while, the compressor will work fine. What is in that location that could buzz like that, a relay?

91 4Runner V6 Auto 4x4 Performance Products progressive rear springs, Doetsch Tech MV 12 shocks, Rancho 9000 front shocks.

Could be the A/C Amplifier, located behind the glove box. Has a knob labelled "RPM" that adjusts the low RPM cutout for the A/C.
