Getting the Wheeling Fever

Yup, it's normal. I'm currently on my fourth alternator and they've all done that. I think I read somewhere else on this forum that one of the leads into the alternator tells it when engine vacuum is low (engine revving). The alt then somehow produces less voltage, causing less resistance on the engine.
