I ordered a 2.5" coil spring spacer on the 4th. After about 10 calls to them and getting different stories each time I finally have a tracking number!

First I was told that they had it in stock and it was shipping out Friday the 8th. Then I was told that it was going to drop ship direct from Daystar out of Arizona. Now they are saying they shipped it out of the Florida warehouse.

Needless to say I was going to order from Matt or Joe but I just had to have that extra half inch. (I'm trying to stay away from doing a body lift)

Anyway I told the last guy I spoke to that was my first and last order with them. I told him that an order placed on the 4th and didn't get shipped till the 12th was rediculous.

Sorry to hear your troubles. Luckily I haven't had that big of trouble from the one down here. But maybe it's just a matter of time. Like the other week I called about a part and they said they had it. I called the next day and they said that they'd have to order it. I asked if they had sold it, and they said no. So, somebody's lieing to me there.

Ahhh man and Matt rubbing in the salt <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

Joe - I know your irritated <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" />, but don't let it stress you out. It's only a spacer. Laugh, smile, get a beverage, smell a Rose. This isn't even a ripple on the wave of life.

That was funny Matt <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

Humor at the expense of others. I was tought better. Sorry Joe. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif" alt="" /> - JL <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />

This wouldn't be a problem but the truck is sitting on 285/75/16's and it's not quite drivable till I get the spacers installed and crank the front to match.

Not really stressed out just pissed off at the horrible customer service. It should not take 6 business days to ship something out.

And even that part isn't so bad. It's the fact I was told all the different stories.
