I must be missing something here they took 4 more days then you thought to ship your order and you are mad?

It's more principle here than anything. If they told me it's not in stock and it will ship next week sometime I'd have been fine with that. I was pissed becasue they kept telling me different stories.

The Trooper project is gone. I sold it becuase my wife wanted something newer to drive. She got a diesel Bug and I got her 98 Passport.

Dang that's actually not bad,is it?
Wait til you want more off the wall stuff, and it takes even longer.
Stuff happens and it's not like you can go to Wally world and get it......ugh can you <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/pfft.gif" alt="" />

I like to deal with venders that I can call up and talk to the same folks that take my order, pack it and then drop it off at UPS for me <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> and if it's late you can tell them...
whatever and they will tell you whatever..........it's kinda like the movies <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

J/K Vender folk's <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/nana.gif" alt="" />

But for real,Joe that's not bad for folks that get paid to look at a corporate computer screen at qty's on hand and go .......clikity......clikty...and then oops it's BO...

anyways.......

let's see a pic when she's cranked up this weekend.

C'mon, Joe.
Stop wyning(sp?). At least you gonna get the parts you ordered.
I have a good experience with them, but your's may varry.

Personaly i rather pay a little more to Joe or Matt, than deal with some other company. At least i know both of them & both are cool as hell.

At the time i ordered my BL pucks neither had them, so i had no choice.

Just my HO

I know it's not that bad. Again, it's the principal. It's not like this was a fabbed piece, or something custom. It's sitting on a shelf somewhere.

"Most orders ship in 24 hours"

And it took 6 business days and three different stories.

Fine, if they were back ordered, or if they told me they would be a week or so to ship them, great. Just don't tell me they are in stock and they'll go right out.

They're already on so who cares.

That sucks...too bad paying customers get that treatment. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

I think most of the ones that work in Portlands store actualy "wheel". Always friendly too <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />

Well, after I posted my retort, I wrote to the president. Jody from the Portland store emailed me and then I talked to him on the phone about it. He was very understanding and sympathetic. Now, I'll be going in there to pick up a t-shirt and maybe a DVD. I'm hoping their Riverside and Santa Ana, CA stores are customer friendly as I'm moving down that way in a month!

The Compton store was the only one that was nice to me, even with an amigo!

Doug,

Close your eyes for a moment and imagine Joe Darlington's silver 2nd gen Rodeo...
Now remove the front & rear steel bumpers and replace them with the stock pieces - and then strip away the stickers...

Joe came by the house yesterday evening... It looks GOOD! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
