Yeah, I've had difficulty with their price match. It always takes atleast 2-3 e-mails to get a response.

On the shipping deal, I understand how drop ship works, so I'm not going to fault them for slow ship....still, they do a poor job of keeping their customer in the loop. They don't provide an online "where's my stuff" option and customer service lacks any system (or desire) to update you on status of your orders.

Other than that, no complaints. I've always received the product that I order in mint packaging. Prices are within reason, etc.

Given the choice, Matt, Joe D, Merlin (St Charles), or John (Sam's Offroad) are my preferences. They all own/service Isuzus and are willing to whatever it takes to get things right <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />.
