Ummm, if you do start rubbing your leaf springs and that being your own problem, you can adjust the steering bump stop bolts quite easily. Read the FAQ on this issue/solution. I think you could get away with 33's, and would go with the 11 inch if you can find them, or go for the 12.5. Best thing on your individual rig would be to find someone that has a Jeep with your rims and larger tires, try putting theirs on your rig and rolmp around a little and see how they behave.
