Thanks Bill and Joel - I've got a better understanding of what needs to happen for 4WD now. I'm just going to crawl arround the truck as soon as it quits this freaking 110+ daily weather and see what I can figgure out. Sounds like maybe that electrical switch is a pretty good suspect (would seem to be more of an intermitant electrical issue than a vacuum issue ~ which are Rarely intermitant like this).
