It takes the standard Ford style large filter. FL1A or somethign like that. So I have a WIX or something on there now. It comes with a sticker that has about a dozen different part numbers on it that will all fit. That also means that you can get an oversized filter, but this one also holds about a quart so I'm not sure what oversized would get you.
