Getting the Wheeling Fever

I need new tires for my 97 T-100 SR5 4WD and I would like some opinions from you guys that have driven a lot more miles than I have. Michelin LTXs are on sale now at the Navy base and I have heard good things about them. My driving is 99% road with occasional dirt, sand or slimy boat ramp during hunting season. I never drive on ice or snow since I live in Ventura CA. Also, same question for my wife's 99 4 Runner.
