I have the blocks and u-bolts from my Trailmaster 4" lift if you are interested in buying them for cheap PM me. I didn't have any issues with them - no axle hop or anything. Even if you don't want to get them used, I don't think they are super expensive new.
I swapped to Chevy springs which also match the front 4" lift pretty well. If you have a welder and some basic fab skills, this is an inexpensive swap. I got my springs for $50 from a swapmeet and made the hangers and shackles myself. You can also buy a swap kit from Sky manufacturing that will include the hangers and shackles.
