I mounted a set for a guy at work. Very stiff. 2 out of round like LandRaider's.

They were going on a Jeep and I refused to attempt to balance them (I was working for free). The first 2 I put on the machine asked for 15 to 22 oz.

They took them to a tire place and paid to have them balanced. In the end they had it done very cheaply since the tire shop couldn't get it right and discounted it deeply to try to limit their own liability. I think they charged for their cost on the weights only.

Long story short, the worst tire was still 4 ounces out. I was told it drove much, much better even with one tire that far out.

With as much highway driving as I do, there probably won't be any Swampers on my rig. If I ever move back to Oregon that might change.
