Getting the Wheeling Fever

I have a 94 4x4 x-cab and would like to mount these Hella lights. I have looked at a Pre-runner bars and tried a Carr wing bar and that did't fit. Anybody mount lights by making a bracket that bolts to the frame under the front grille. The pre-runner or BAJA bars seem to be the best bet. Yes, I would buy a winch bumper from TJM or ARB, but my wife said she'd leave me if I bought one, so I have to be Cheap. Any Idea's would be helpful?

94 xtra-cab 4x4 V6 98k, K&N intake, Custom Flowmaster exhaust, Edelbrock IAS Shocks, Cross-Drilled Vented Disc, 31x10.50 AT on American Racing wheels, Hella Headlights 90/130W and Corbeau Sports seats, Addco Sway Bars FR & RR.
