I own an 86/93 trooper and 94 amigo. Is the bolt pattern the same on these even though 86 are 15 inch? If so are all isuzu 4xs interchangable? Will other automakers wheels fit?Lastly,when describing my 93 troops 16" steel wheels how is it done?Im trying to buy used wheels/tires from paper but dont know all the lingo.TIA

all isuzu wheels are interchangable in the sense they use the same bolt pattern. many chevy's and toyota's also share this same pattern as well.

However, there are many differences in rim diameter, width, and offset that may cause rubbing/fitment issues even for a given sized tire.

The bolt patern on all Isuzus is 6 on 5.5. Meaning 6 lug on 5.5" radius.

The other characteristics of the wheels will be diameter, width, and either backspacing or offset.

The other variable is hub opening diameter. Some Chevy will work IF they came off a 4X4 with the large hubs.

Well, I said some because as with most things, there is no absolute truth. Chevy used mostly the 6 on 5.5 pattern, but some of the newer vehicles more than likely imploy metric patterns and would not fit.

First and formost, the rim you choose will need to be a 6-lug on 5.5" pattern. Like Jim mentioned, you will need hub opening in two of the rims to accomodiate the your hublocks. rims off a 2wd may not have this, and some Chevy's use an opening that isn't large enough to accomodiate the isuzu hub. Beyond that, its a matter of choosing the appropriate width and offset so that you can clear the tire around the fender and suspension components.

Not one has compiled a list of this because the information is way to vast and individual setups differ. No auto manufactor used a single size rim. Even within particular model years, several rim configurations could exist. A rim size that allows me to run a particular 33" tire on my Isuzu may cause the next guy too much rubbing to even drive it on the street, etc...

The stock rims from my 92 Amigo fit on my 99 Amigo, but not the other way around.
